We opened our door in 2006 as a creole spice and condiment specialty store. We quickly realize our clients wanted prepared food more than they wanted blended spices so we transformed the store to a restaurant. Our mission is to positively expose the Haitian cuisine to the world one plate and one community at a time. Montclair is the right incubating community for us. We love it here!
